For over three decades, Phyllis dedicated her expertise in the Federal Government Service in the Technology department. Starting as a Computer Programmer, Phyllis quickly demonstrated her exceptional skills and work ethic, leading to promotions throughout her tenure.

Recognized for her commitment to excellence, Phyllis achieved the position of Information Technology Specialist, and later Telecommunications Specialist, further expanding her responsibilities and impact.

Throughout her career, Phyllis received numerous awards for her outstanding service and excellence in training. Her passion for technology and education converged, leading her to excel in introductory technology training. This role brought her great joy as she imparted her knowledge to others and witnessed their growth and development.

After a fulfilling career in government service, Phyllis retired and embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey. Continuing her passion for education, Phyllis recently ventured into a new business endeavor—establishing You In One Year, LLC to teach women how to develop and deliver their own online courses. Drawing from her years of experience and expertise, she guides aspiring educators through the process of creating engaging and impactful online courses.
